Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mannavitality.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

10-Day Returns:

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

To start a return, please contact us at info@mannavitality.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
